Introduction
The simple punjabi Chaach. Very good for summers, beats the heat and helps with digestion. This is a filling drink and avoids overeating when had with food. The simple punjabi Chaach. Ingredients

Yoghurt
Water
Salt
Cumin seeds
Directions
Dry roast cumin seeds until they crackle. Coarse grind them with Mortar and Pestal. (You may use 1/4 tsp pre made cumin powder for this)
Mix the ingredients in a blender and pour in a tall glass.
Use mint leaves for garnish!
Other variations include -
- spicing it with black pepper
- use rock salt instead
- add ginger, coriander and mint leaves. Muddle it and then strain the drink before serving
