Ingredients

    1 Egg
    olive oil
    1 lb boneless chicken breast, no skin, cut into tenders
    1.5 cup bread crumbs
    Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

Directions

Coat chicken in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat olive oil in pan, start with about 1-2 tbs. Cook chicken in olive oil, about two minute on each side over medium heat. The goal is to give the tenders that fried crispy coating, but still be raw in the middle.

Transfer chicken to baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

When chicken is done, transfer to plate, coat in Frank's Buffalo Sauce and serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping.
