    515 g Ex Lean Ground Chicken Breast
    1 tsp canola oil
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash Salt-free Southwest Chipotle
    67 g Carrots
    200 g Broccoli
    1.25 c corn kernels
    180 g baby zucchini


Heat 1 tsp canola oil in non-stick stirfry pan; add ground chicken and cook until almost no longer pink. Add vegetables and seasonings and cook through until chicken is completely cooked and vegetables are soft.

Serve over rice or noodles.
