Ingredients

    2 tsp Splenda
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1/2 oz. Sake
    2 tsp. Salt
    3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1/2 cup Panko/bread crumbs
    1/2 Egg Beaten
    5 tsp Cake Flour
    1 Medium Onion
1/2 lb. Ground Beef and Pork Mix
    4 Russet Potatoes

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and peel the potatoes. Fill a pot with 4 cups of water, and add 2 tsp. salt. Bring the potatoes to a boil and set for about 15 more minutes. Remove water and mash. Add black pepper for flavor. You can add more salt but its not included in the nutritional value.

2) Dice the onions and fry it with the meat, soy sauce, Splenda, and sake until onions are translucent, and meat is no longer pink.

3) Add meat and onion mixture to mashed potatoes and stir it around a bit, then spread it onto a pan and divide into 8 equal pieces. Pop it into the freezer to chill it just a bit while you make the batter

4) Mix together about 4 tsp. water, cake flour, and beaten egg together. Put panko/bread crumbs onto another tray.

5) Take out the mashed potatoes, meat, and onion mixture and roll each piece into a ball or whatever shape you want. Dip it into the egg/cake flour mixture and then roll it around in panko/bread crumbs until no longer drippy. Repeat with each one.

6) Pop them into the oven for 20 minutes or until their brown. If you don't want to cook them just yet, then you can also freeze them and save it for later.
