Introduction

Awesome side dish and one of my favorites from our family growing up. Easy to make once in the oven. Awesome side dish and one of my favorites from our family growing up. Easy to make once in the oven.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 2 Cups (pre-cooked) White N' Wild Rice (canoe - or any other rice you want)
    - 1 can Campbell's Beef Consomme (don't add water)
    - 2 cans Campbell's French Onion Soup (don't add water)
    - 1 package of fresh mushrooms
    - 4 T butter
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - Black pepper for flavor

Directions

Place in butter casserole, Bake (covered) at 350 degrees for 2 hours.Stir once while cooking.
