Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 10 oz
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Mix all ingredients but meet in vinager.
Add dressing to meat
Cook in oven at 400 degrees until medium well.
about 45 min. for a piece of meat of 2lbs.
