Introduction

This is my family's favorite! We like to put it over baked potatoes and add a little cheese on top. This is my family's favorite! We like to put it over baked potatoes and add a little cheese on top.

Ingredients

    1.5lbs ground chicken (you can grind your own by placing breasts in a food processor)
    2T Chili Powder
    1T Ground Cumin
    1 14oz package seasoned corn and black bean blend
    1 14oz can chicken broth
    1 14oz can seasoned tomato sauce for chili

Directions

1. Combine chicken, chili powder and cumin in a large dutch oven. Cook 6 minutes over medium high heat or until chicken is browned, stirring to crumble.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle chili into bowls and top with sour cream and green onion if desired.
