Introduction

I modified the pancake by cutting wheat flour in half and adding almond flour and flax seed meal to make up the cup necessary for this recipe for two. Ingredients

    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 cup flax seed meal
    1/8 cup Almond flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp low sodium salt (Morton Lite)
    1/8 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)
    1/4 cup and 2 tbsp Silk Almond milk
    1 tsp Splenda
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Lite

Directions

Mix all dry ingerdients than the egss and almond milk. Make the pancakes and serve with Smart Balance Light and Lite no Sugar Added Syrup.

It tastes great, it is fluffy with 0 cholesterol, low carb (7 net gram each) rich in fiber (3g each), and sugar is only 0.4 g per pancake. Very good to not add fat to your body and fill you up in the morning. Enjoy!
