    Pork Tenderloin, 1.1 Kg
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    4 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp ginger - minced
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced


Pre-heat ovent to 350F
In a glass baking dish combine soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Mix well to combine.
Place pork in dish with sauce, turning over often to evenly coat with sauce. Let sit 5 minutes or up to 30 minutes, if time permits.
Bake 40 minutes or until pork is no longer ping. Slice thinly to serve.
