Ingredients

    1 cup red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
    2 radishes, sliced
    1/4 cup tomato, diced
    1/4 cup celery, diced
    1/4 cup carrots, diced
    1/4 cup cheddar, shredded
    1/4 cup navy beans, rinsed
    4 ounces cooked flank streak, cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

Combine all vegetables and navy beans and divide into two servings. Top each plate with half the cheese and half the flank steak.
