Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 239 grams
    * Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia)
    * Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Shiitake Mushrooms, 75 grams, sliced
    * Leeks, 75 grams
    * Collard Greens, Glory Foods, Fresh, Chopped, 16 oz / 454 ..., 160 gram
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Cooked chicken in water and ginger; remove chicken when cooked; diced chicken into cubes.
2. Add shiitake mushrooms; simmer.
3. Add collard greens and leeks and simmer until tender.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Serves 3.
