Introduction

I'm always struggling to get more protein into my diet and I love sweets, so this is a perfect way to get both without a lot of extra calories, fat or sugar. It also provides you with a couple of grams of fiber! You can use low-fat milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk if you prefer. I also mix this with a cup of coffee for a mocha treat in the mornings. How do you get a full 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder to dissolve in the milk? I never get it all too so my hot chocalate isn't as rich and there is like a fudge in the bottom of my cup - 11/15/12

    Incredible!
I've made this and it is my favorite hot cocoa! So much better than mix and you know what goes in it. The chocolate flavor is so much deeper than cocoa mix or syrup. - 8/4/12
