Introduction
I'm always struggling to get more protein into my diet and I love sweets, so this is a perfect way to get both without a lot of extra calories, fat or sugar. It also provides you with a couple of grams of fiber! You can use low-fat milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk if you prefer. I also mix this with a cup of coffee for a mocha treat in the mornings. Skim Milk 8 oz
Splenda, 6 tsp (any sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbs)
Directions
