Ingredients

    One can of flaked white tuna
    1 heaping table spoon of onion
    1 heaping tablespoon of celery
    1 heaping tablespoon of carrots
    2 tablespoons of light mayo
    half a french stick cut into 16 thin slices

Directions

Mix one can of tuna, carrots, onions & celery together with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto sliced bread, top with cheddar and bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
