Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. wheat berries, sprouted & cooked (1.5 cups sprouted)
    1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 tbsp. black olives, chopped
    1/2 c. canned mushrooms, chopped
    2 tbsp. pignoli nuts, chopped
    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1/2 cup of wheat berries equals 1 and 1/2 cup after sprouting. Nutritional information is given for the dry measure of 1/2 cup.

mix all ingredients together and enjoy! Makes one serving.
