Ingredients

    1/4 C cornstarch
    1/2 C brown sugar
    2 C soy milk
    1 T butter
    1/3 C peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

- mix sugar and cornstarch
- slowly whisk in milk till cornstarch is dissolved
- boil till bubbly and thickened
- remove from heat
- add butter, peanut butter and vanilla

cool and enjoy
