Ingredients

    350 grams chicken breast, cubed
    250 grams firm tofu , cubed
    2 tsp sesame oil
    .5 cup onions, sliced
    .5 cup red pepper strips
    .25 cup frozen peas
    3 asparagus cut into bitesized
    1 carrot in strips
    1 cup broccoli in bitesized
    .25 c ginger root in pieces
    2 T red thai curry sauce
    2 T coconut milk
    1 T soy sauce tamari

Directions

sautee in 1 tsp sesame oil the veggies, adding water when necessary, but keeping them "al dente". Remove veg and sautee chicken in 1 tsp oil, til cooked through. Add tofu. Add the curry sauce, soy sauce and coco milk to blend. Return the veggies to the wok and combine.....Enjoy!! with brown rice!!
