Ingredients

    6c brown rice
    12c water

    1# bacon chopped
    2c onion finely chopped
    1 1/2c green pepper finely chopped
    30 eggs beaten
    2Tb garlic powder or granulated garlic
    1/2 c soy sauce

Directions

Steam rice and set aside. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and reserve 2Tb bacon grease. Saute onion and gr pepper in 2 TB bacon grease. Add eggs and cook until still moist but mostly cooked. Add rice garlic, drained bacon and soy sauce. Thoroughly mix together and heat through. Serve with Stir fry chicken and vegetables.
