Introduction
These are a recipe adapted from my aunts Casserole Recipe.Very Simple and you can make it in Large Quantities. NOt Quite Mexican but still good. These are a recipe adapted from my aunts Casserole Recipe.

Ingredients

Corn Tortillas
Left Over Chicken (shredded)
Green Enchilada Sauce
Cream of celery Soup
Shredded Cheese
Chopped Onions.
Canned Green Chile Peppers Diced.
Directions
Mix the Soup and Enchilada Sauce. in another Bowl mix chicken green chilles and onion
Dip a tortilla in the sauce, put 1/4 Cup of chicken mixture roll up. Place in 9x 13 baking dish Repeat until you have filled pan.. I usually fill a 9x9 pan as well. pour the remaining sauce over top and put cheese over the top of that . Bake at 350 until bubbly about 30 min.
