Ingredients

    * Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (remove)
    * Lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Almonds, 0.25 cup, slivered (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Basil, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Herbes de provence

Directions

Place an oven rack in the upper third of the oven and prehead the oven to 450 degrees. Place the steak on a trimmed baking sheet and season with herbes de provence

Roast for 10-12 minutes for medium. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender but still firm to the bite, 8-10 minutes.

In a food processor, combine the tomatoes and their juices with basil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Toast almonds until lightly brown.

Slice steak 1/4" thin.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl together.

sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of pasta.
