Ingredients

1 Frozen Pie Crust
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken boullion
1 tablespoons butter, cut in pieces (optional)
1 Pillsbury Top crust trimmed to fit 9" pie (ounces go from 8 to 6)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place chicken in pie crust. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, and pour in broth. Dot with butter, if desired. Cover with top crust, crimp to seal.
Place pie on a cookie sheet for easier handling and better browning of the bottom crust. Bake pie 45 minutes to 1 hour, until golden brown and bubbly.
