Ingredients

*Whole Wheat Flour, .33 cup (remove)
*Quaker Oats (One Minute), 2 cup (remove)
*Whey Protein, Body Fortress Super Fortress, 1 scoop WW 3pts, 4 serving (remove)
*Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp (remove)
Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
*Almond Butter (Barney Butter), 8 tbsp (remove)
*Maple Gold Pure Maple Syrup, 0.33 cup (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1.) Mix all dry ingredients together.
2.) Mix all wet ingredients seperatly from dry ingredients.
3.) Combine all ingredients together and mix well with hands. It will be crumbly.
4.) Spread on greased wax paper lined cookie sheet. You will need to press down to firm.
5.) Cook at 350* for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
6.) Let cool 100% and then remove wax paper from cookie sheet. Slice into 12-15 protein bars. The bars will be more crunchy than chewy, but super delicious!
