Ingredients

    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
    5-6 chopped green olives
    1 tbs. fat free Italian salad dressing ( or 6-7 squirts of Balsamic Vinegar Salad Spritzer)
    Salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve chilled. Enjoy!Makes 1 serving.
