    2.5 cups cooked chicken, shredded
    8 oz Cream Cheese, Fat Free
    1.25 Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 cup Hidden Valley, Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    0.5 cup Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce - Buffalo


Put all ingredients into your crock pot, cover and cook on low for about an hour, until all the cheese has melted, stirring occassionally.
Is good with celery and cucumber as well as chips or melba toast.
