Ingredients

2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 package (7.25 oz) pasta such as spaghetti or rotini
1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
Dash Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Cook and shred the chicken by boiling or microwaving in a covered dish.
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. (about 10 minutes) Drain.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the soups, water, pepper, and garlic salt with a wire whisk. Add the shredded chicken and pasta and stir well. The mixture will be a little thick. Spread it evenly in the dish and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the top is browning.
- Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
