Still working on this one. I got this recipe from my nutritionist. She didn't have the nutritional info on them. I am trying to increase the protein and decrease the sugar. Ingredients

16 oz Almond Butter
12 oz Honey
4 cups Rolled Oats (can put into blender until powered)
2 Tbsp Rice Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Spirulina
2 Tbsp Bee Pollen
Directions
Add oats and any "health extras" into the almond butter/honey mixture. Kneed with your hands like dough. Check consistency and make adjustments. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls in your choice of crispy rice, coconut or raw sesame seeds. Will last in the refrigerator for a week. Can also make and put in freezer.
