Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Roma Tomatoes
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 or 2 mini bell peppers (optional, but oh so delicious)
    2 Tbs cilantro (or about 1 after it's chopped)
    1 Jalepeno pepper
    1 tsp lemon or lime juice
    dash of salt


Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor and chop to desired consistency. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups of salsa
