Ingredients


    Apples, fresh, 2 medium
    Becel light margerine, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp
    liquid sweetner to taste

    Tart dough
    Mayonaisse (light), 30 grams
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 30 grams
    Plain white flour, 45 g
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetner Packet, 5 grams
    Water, 10 grams

    Decoration
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 63 grams

Directions

Peel and cut apples into boats. Fry the apples in the tsp of margerine until soft.. Add cinnamon and sweetner to taste.
Lay the apple boats in a round baking dish in an nice design..
Food process all the ingredients for the dough.. Cover the apples..
Bake the tarte tatin in a 200 degree oven for 25 minutes..
Serve with the 63 grams yogurt..
