Ingredients

    1 1/2 Tbs Butter

    1 Package (24 oz) Diced Breakfast Potatoes (skin-on New Potatoes add more fiber and nutrient)

    1/2 lb Turkey Steak, diced

    1 Large Granny Smith Apple cored and cubed

    1 Tbs McCormick Montreal Seasoning
    OR Cracked Black Pepper and Paprika

Directions

Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dump in the potatoes, turkey, and apple.
Sprinkle with the seasoning mix, then let cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the mixture over with a spatula.
Continue cooking for about 20 minutes to brown the potatoes on all sides.
