Introduction

Meatloaf almost as good as MOM used to make! Meatloaf almost as good as MOM used to make!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4% Lean Beef - 1 lb.
    Panko UNseasoned bread crumbs - .5 cup
    Heinz NO SALT ADDED ketchup - .5 cup
    1 or 2 raw eggs
    Onion, chopped - .5 cup
    Mrs. Dash to taste -- I used Italian because thats how bread crumbs are normally seasoned.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf or put in a loaf pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Remove foil for last 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one loaf - 6 servings.
