Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb (aprox) ground turkey
    1 cup Italian style Bread crumbs
    1tbsp Dried Thyme
    3tbsp Chopped Shallots
    4tsp Cajun Spice
    3 tsp Garlic
    1 fresh brown(or white egg)

    Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.

With your hands pound and mix the mixture into a blob the size of a small loaf of bread.

Grease with olive oil cooking spray spray a bread cooking pan or small baking pan of your choosing.

place Turkey mixture into pan and cook for 15-20 min at 375 or until cooked all the way through.
