Ingredients

    1 - Pillsbury 9" Refridgerated Pie Crust
    1 - 9oz package of Perdue Italian Grilled Short Cuts Chicken Breast
    7oz of cooked spinach (drained)
    6oz Mozzarella Cheese
    3 tsp of minced garlic
    2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 450
Place pie crust onto baking sheet or pizza tray
Poke holes in pie crust. Can also fold over edges to make a pizza crust
Place in oven for 7-9 minutes, or until crust starts to brown.
Remove from oven and turn oven down to 350
Heat chicken and garlic on stove top with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Steam ful bag of spinach in microwave for 5 1/2 minutes
Remove spinach and drain. Remove 7 oz
Slice 6oz of mozzarella
Spread 3/4 of mozzarella on pie crust
Top with chicken and garlic mixture
Add remaining mozzarella
Top with spinach
Place back into oven for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese has melted
Let cool for 3-5 minutes
Cut into 4 and enjoy
