Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    palm sugar, 2.5 gram(s)
    Lime Juice, 15 mL
    Green Mango (not ripe), 40 gram(s)
    Fish Sauce, 5 mL
    Carrot - raw, chopped, 1/4 cup
    Sesame Oil, drizzle
    *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, sprinkle
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 medium

    Optional sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts (2.5 grams)

Directions

Shred cabbage, carrots and peeled green mango
In a small bowl, disolve 2.5 powdered grams of palm sugar in 1-2 tbsp of water
Add freshly squeezed lime juice and fish sauce
Mix in greens
Sprinkle sesame seed and drizzle sesame oil

For extra taste add a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts
