    20g raisins (half a snack-sized box)
    1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    3/4 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 C Fat Free Milk
    1/2 CAlmond Breeze Vanilla Non-Dairy MIlk

Directions
