    6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut up
    2 Tbs Earth Balance Whipped Buttery Spread
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed.
    1/2 cup vegetable broth
    salt and pepper to taste


Boil the potatoes with the garlic cloves until potatoes are tender.
Drain and mash
Mash in the Earth Balance and slowly add the hot broth until the desired mashed potato consistance is achieved.
Salt and pepper at will.
