Ingredients

1 Cup Stove Top Stuffing
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon granuals
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/3 Cup Skim Milk ( or Evaporated Skim Milk)
1 Can Mushroom Soup
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Catsup
Directions
Prepare Stuffing Mix according to package directions. Mix Meat and Milk.
Divide into 4 balls.
On waxed paper flatter into patties.
Spoon approximately 1/4 cup stuffing onto each patty. Draw edges over stuffing and seal
Place Balls into a 1.5 quart casserole.
Combine Soup Worcestershire Sauce and Catsup in a small sauce pan. Heat until bubbly. Pour over meat
Bake 350 for 45 - 50 Minutes
Note: Add a can of green beans to make a one dish meal.
