Ingredients

    2 cans (15 oz each) Black Beans (Un-drained)
    2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    1 Large Red Onions (Finely Chopped)
    1 MED Green Pepper (Finely Chopped)
    2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
    2 LBS Xtra Lean Ground Beef
    1 TBSP Ground Cumin
    1 TBSP Ground Oregano
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1 7 oz. can Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Finely Chop Peppers before adding)

Directions

1. Chop everything.
2. Put it in the Slow Cooker for 7 - 9 hours.
3. Serve.
