Ingredients

    roasted rice flakes,-550g.
    roasted oats,-100g
    roasted peanuts,-100g
    roasted cashew nuts-100g
    ,roasted bengal gram-phutane-100g
    dry chillies-3-4 broken
    Olive oil-175ml
    salt 2tsp
    coriander powder-1.5 tbsp
    cumin powd-2 tsp
    weetabix -3 (24gms each)
    mustard seeds-2tsp
    hing-2tsp
    turmeric powd.-2tsp

Directions

Heat oil .Add mustrd seeds, chillies, hing, turmeric, peanuts,cashews, phutane. saute for a while. add roasted rice flakes,oats and mix well. Add coriander powd,cumin powd,
Mix well. taste the mixture. adjust salt or other seasoning. Break weetabix into big chunks. and mix well.
