Ingredients

    Marinade/Dressing
    2 T Water
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 tsp chia seeds (ground if not using high speed blender)
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    2 T Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    1-2 T Bragg Liquid Aminos (depends on how "salty" you like)
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1 teaspoons dijon or stoneground mustard
    1/2 teaspoon cumin

    Salad
    1 head kale (small)
    2 T sunflower seeds
    additional nutritional yeast for sprinkling

Directions

mix all dressing ingredients in blender until smooth.

wash and remove stems from kale and chopped into smaller pieces. add marinade and toss well, "massaging" kale w/ spoon. chill in refridgerator for atleast 4 hours.

top w/ sunflower seeds and nutrional yeast. YUM.

    I wanted to try this recipe, but noticed that the nutritional information doesn't actually include the kale! Can you please add? - 1/4/12
