Introduction
This can be made with regular or natural peanut butter, but I recommend PB2, which is hard to find locally. I buy it online at http://www.bellplantation.com/...and I swear I am not affiliated with the company in any way. :) This can be made with regular or natural peanut butter, but I recommend PB2, which is hard to find locally. Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients
-
2 cups dry old fashioned Quaker oats
4 scoops Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
8 tbsp of Bell Plantation PB2 mixed with about 6 tbsp water
(or you can use .5 cup all natural peanut butter, but the fat content and calorie content is much higher)
5 or more tbsp of water
Directions
Mix up the 6 tbsp of water and PB2.
Combine all ingredients (including what you just mixed) in large mixing bowl. Easiest to do by hand. Dough should be stiffed and formed into bars on wax paper. I use an 8x8 glass pan.
Either freeze for 30 minutes or chill in fridge until ready to eat.
Serving Size: Makes 9 bars
