Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green peppers
    4 tsp. garlic
    3 cans (14 oz. each) diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bag pinto beans, cooked and drained

Directions

Cook beans early in the day.

Cook ground beef, onions, green pepper and garlic for about 10 minutes.

Add beans, tomatoes and their liquid, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
