Ingredients

1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 oz. unclooked linguine
6 bacon slices
1 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Combine 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
While pasta cooks, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium- high heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 2 tsp. drippings in pan. Crumble bacon, and set aside. Add ionion and garlic to drippings in pan and saute 5 min. or until tender.
Drain pasta; return to pan. Add milk and ess mixture, bacon, and onion mixture to hot pasta; toss gently to coat. Place over low heat and cook 1 min. Spoon past into individual bowls, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: 4 servings 1 1/4 cup pasta mixture and about tsp cheese
