Introduction
I was craving apple crisp and had to come up with a recipe that wasn't a killer on calories. I made 3 10 oz servings, or you could use 6 4oz cups or one pie dish to make this, so you can portion it out better. I am going to eat half my portion and put the other half on my oatmeal for breakfast! Let me tell you, it smells so good!! 2 Large Granny smith apples(cored and sliced thin)
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of Splenda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of lemon juice

1/4 of margarine (I used brummel and brown)
1/4 of unpacked brown sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Peel, Core and dice apples, place in bowl with lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Set aside
To make topping: In a small bowl add your oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and butter. Mix until crumbly.
Place your apple mix in ramkins (custard cups) top with your crumbly mixture.
Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and bubbly.
Note: I made big portions, since this is my favorite dessert, however I will eat half and top my morning oatmeal with the other half! Can't wait!
