Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Hunts crushed Tomatoes 28 oz
    Black beans 24oz. can
    Kidney Beans 16oz. can
    Pinto bean 16oz. can
    Cumin Seed, Ground 1/4 tsp.
    MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 28 fl oz
    Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast (Honeysuckle White) 99% Fat Free 16 oz.



Directions

Open cans of kidney, pinto, black beans and rinse, add to crock pot
Open crushed tomatoes pour into Crockpot.
Refill the crushed tomatoes can with hot water and pour in. Put cumin, salt and chili powder in and mix well.
Lastly take the ground turkey uncooked and break into very small pieces and mix in as you go. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours and 2-4 hours on slow.
