Ingredients

    cup of vinegar
    1 cup of diced onion
    1 can of tuna fish (packed in water)
    1 box of Elbow Macaroni (cooked)
    3 cups of low fat mayo
    1 small can of sweet peas
    1 small block of cheese diced into small cubes
    cup of spicy brown mustard

Directions

1. Boil Noodles, drain them and allow to sit in cool water while preparing the rest of the food.

2. Chop 1 cup of onion, cube the brick of cheddar. Drain water from the tuna.

3. Drain Noodles and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Mix and allow to sit in the fridge for an hour or so before serving.
