    1/4 c Ezekiel Cereal Golden Flax
    3/4 c Steel Cut Oats, dry
    4-1/4 c Water
    1 tb vanilla extract
    2 qt slow cooker (crockpot)
    Non stick cooking spray


Spray 2 quart crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Place remaining ingrediants in crock pot. Set on low 7 hours.

Do not cook more than 7 hours or the meal will stick/burn. I have found that 7 hours is more than enough.

For thicker meal, use less water.

Add your favorite fruits, nuts, sweetners and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings.
