Introduction

Easy to make faux ice cream. If you are counting calories or trying to cut down on extra fat, try this recipe!
You can always substitute the 2% milk for skim or almond milk. This recipe is VERY versatile...I have added bananas and peanut butter too!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Milk
    5-8 drops of stevia
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    ice cubes
    water/milk


Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients in a Magic Bullet (or Vitamix/blender).
Start by adding 2-3 ice cubes and blend. Add more ice to thicken and add water or milk to make the right consistency.

This recipe is NOT a science. I threw a few things together and while my husband and kids were eating ice cream, I was able to eat this...not a bad substitute!
*Add peanut butter, cocoa, bananas or frozen fruit to add a twist!
