    1/2 C. SUGER
    12 PACKETS SPLENDA
    2 EGGS
    1 1/4 C. CANNED PUMPKIN
    1 C. WHITE FLOUR
    1 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 TSP. BAKING SODA
    1 TSP. CINNAMON
    1/2 TSP. NUTMEG
    1/4 TSP. GINGER
    1/4 TSP. CLOVES
    1/4 C. CHOCLOATE CHIPS
    1/4 CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)

Directions

IN LARGE BOWL, CREAM BUTTER & GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR, EGGS, & PUMPKIN.
COMBONE DRY INGREDIENTS & STIR INTO CREAMED MIXTURE & BLEND WELL.
POUR INTO GREASED LOAF PAN.
BAKE @ 350 FOR 45-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL LOAF TESTS DONE WITH TOOTHPICK.
