Ingredients

    1-20oz package of lean turkey, 93%
    1 package of turkey italian sausage
    1 package of mild italian sausage
    1-16oz package frozen spinach
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2T red pepper flakes
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1/3 c oats
    1 c bread crumbs
    2 eggs

Directions

Makes 20 large meatballs
Defrost spinach, strain spinach through dish towel to remove excess liquid. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Form 20 meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Meatballs can also be cooked in pasta sauce. Simmer raw meatballs till cooked thoroughly, about 25 minutes.
