Introduction

I basically just needed the recipe calculator, but then I thought I'd share. Pretty high calorie, but a few tweaks should bring that down nicely. I used 80% lean beef. Ingredients

    80% lean Ground beef, 32 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Lucerne Light Sour Cream, 1/2 cup
    Salsa, 1/3 cup
    Taco Seasoning Mix (Safeway brand), 2 TBSP
    Tortilla Chips (crushed), 2.5 oz
    Cheddar Cheese (shredded), 1.5 oz

Directions

Mix all ingredients
Cook in a slow cooker approx. 8 hours
