Introduction

A quick & easy yummy dessert great for gatherings. This one is made with light whipped topping & regular jello, it could easily be substituted with fat free whipped topping & sugar free jello and would still be delicious. Ingredients

    Angel food cake
    Strawberries
    Blueberries
    Jello
    Kool Whip

Directions

Cut cake into 1" cubes and arrange in an even layer on the bottom of a large bowl or 13x9 cake pan. Cut strawberries into quarters & set aside. Prepare jello using half the water recommended in directions; half hot and half cold. Mix in the whipped topping & strawberries, pour mixture over the cake. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the top for garnish.
